• Our staffs are trained, efficient and will arrive in the specific date and time given by our clients.
  • Should a meeting with a cleaner is required by the client this should be paid in £10, to cover travel and time expenses.
  • The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • We require all cleaning materials, equipments and detergents to be provided by our clients.
  • Certain tasks such as pulling out of beds and sofas (where appropriate) and wiping down certain tiled areas can be completed on a rota basis. Please let us know if you require any rota items completing on a clean.
  • Staff will not eat, drink or smoke in your areas.
  • The company may require entry to the location of the claim within 24 hours to correct the problems.
  • In case of damage, proven to be caused by us, the company will repair the item at its cost. If the item cannot be repaired, the company will resolve the problem by crediting the customer with the items present actual cash value towards like replacement.
  • The client can cancel the scheduled services by giving prior notice the day before the cleaning, without incurring any cancellation fee.
  • Any client cancels the scheduled services on the day of the services we will charge half of the actual hours spent in cleaning the premises.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any services if the condition of the property is hazardous to the health and well being of our operatives.
  • Our minimum hour of cleaning is any hours.
  • Payment must be in full. A late charge of £25 shall occur per payment overdue more than 7 days.
  • If paying by cheque please make the cheque payable to “SUPER HOUSE CLEANING LIMITED” A cheque guarantee card is required and the client will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from dishonoured cheque.
  • A detailed list of cleaning specification (cleaning task) must be provided by the client to the cleaning operatives prior to service commencing. If only verbal description of the tasks has been provided, the company shall not be responsible for any tasks not carried out.
  • The client is liable for an employment referral fee of £500 per person, should he directly employ (either legally or on a cash basis) anyone currently employed or employed or sub-contracted by Super House Cleaning Limited within the 1 year period prior to such employment. The client agrees to pay this fee whether he/she notifies the company of his action or the company discover this employment independently at any time after it occurs.
